We ship football kits worldwide from our UK warehouse. This page covers everything you need to know about processing, delivery times, costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Order processing time
Every order is hand-checked before it leaves us. Orders typically ship within 2 to 4 business days from the moment payment clears.
Orders that include customisation (name, number, badge, sponsor) need an additional 1 to 2 business days for printing.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing on the next business day.
Delivery times by region
Once shipped, your order travels via tracked international courier. Estimated delivery windows after dispatch:
- United Kingdom — 8 to 12 business days
- Europe — 8 to 15 business days
- United States & Canada — 10 to 15 business days
- Asia & Oceania — 15 business days
- Africa & South America — 15+ business days
Estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Total time from order to doorstep is processing time + delivery time.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is included on every order — you pay no extra at checkout regardless of destination.
Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Express delivery is typically 3 to 5 business days worldwide after dispatch.
Tracking your order
The moment your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel. You can also track from your account dashboard or our tracking page.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 4 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or get in touch — we’ll resend it.
Customs & import duties
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We declare every parcel at full value as required by international shipping law — we cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue them.
Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed (10+ business days past the upper estimate), contact us with your order number. We work with our couriers to investigate every delay.
For lost parcels, we’ll open an investigation with the courier and either reship your order or refund you in full, depending on the outcome.
For damaged parcels, please take photos of the packaging and the kit before unpacking further, then email us within 7 days of delivery.
Wrong address or refused delivery
If the delivery address provided at checkout is incorrect, the parcel may be returned to us or held by the courier. Reshipping to a corrected address requires you to pay the additional shipping fee.
If you refuse delivery without a valid reason (e.g. customs duties), the return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.
