You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you’re responsible for:

Products & pricing
We try to describe our products accurately, including measurements, colours, and materials. Slight variations between the photographs and the actual item can occur due to monitor differences, batch variations, or production tolerances.
Prices on the site are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Prices for international orders may exclude or include taxes depending on your destination — we’ll always show the final amount clearly before you pay.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you complete checkout.
Orders & acceptance
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order for any reason, including:
- An item is out of stock
- We suspect fraud
- The shipping address is in a region we cannot ship to
- There’s a pricing or product description error
If we cancel an order after payment, you’ll receive a full refund within 3 to 5 business days.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store full card details on our servers — that’s handled by our payment provider.
If your payment is declined, your order won’t be processed. Please check with your bank or try a different card.
Shipping & delivery

Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier marks the parcel as delivered. Issues with delivery should be reported within 7 days — see the shipping policy for details.
Returns & refunds

Key points: 14-day return window from delivery, defect-free guarantee, customised items non-returnable except for printing defects.
Customisation
If you add a name, number, or badge to a kit, that customisation is permanent. We cannot accept returns on customised items unless there’s a printing defect or it doesn’t match what you ordered.
You’re responsible for the spelling and accuracy of the name and number you submit. Once printed, changes aren’t possible.
We reserve the right to refuse customisations that are offensive, infringe trademarks, or are otherwise inappropriate. You’ll receive a full refund in that case.
Intellectual property
All content on thenewkits.com — including photographs, text, designs, and code — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content commercially without our written permission.
Football kit designs, club crests, and badges remain the property of their respective clubs and federations. We sell licensed reproductions but make no claim to ownership of the original designs.
User content
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to the site:
- You confirm it’s your own work and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights
- You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and modify it for marketing or operational purposes
- We may remove any user content that violates these terms, the law, or our community standards
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question
- We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud — those are protected by UK consumer law.
Force majeure
We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, government action, courier strikes, customs delays, or supplier disruptions. We’ll communicate openly if any of these affect your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that can’t be resolved through our customer support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
