Common tracking questions
I just ordered — why isn't there tracking yet?
Tracking activates only after your order ships, which takes 2–4 business days from payment. Once shipped, you'll get an email with the tracking number and link.
My tracking hasn't updated in days
Tracking updates can pause for 3–5 days during international transit, customs clearance, or carrier handoffs. As long as we're within the delivery estimate, this is normal. If it's been longer than 7 days with no update, let us know.
The tracker says delivered but I don't have it
Check with neighbours, building reception, and any safe-place location the courier might've used. Sometimes carriers mark "delivered" up to 24 hours before the parcel arrives. If you still don't have it after 48 hours, contact us and we'll open an investigation.
Can I change my delivery address mid-transit?
Once a parcel has shipped, we can't change the address. Some couriers let you redirect a parcel in transit via their own portal — check the courier's tracking page for "Reroute" or "Hold for pickup" options.
