As another Premier League season comes towards the run-in, we have been treated to another feast of sensational goals. The 2023/24 season broke the record for the most goals in a single season, with a baffling 1,223 goals scored across the campaign, and this term there have already been another 755 goals. Erling Haaland once again won the golden boot last season, with his goals helping Manchester City edge Arsenal to win the Premier League title. At his current scoring rate, the Norwegian would only need to stay six more seasons to beat Alan Shearer’s 260 goal record in the competition.

Whilst Shearer holds the record for overall goals, it’s a lot tighter when it comes to the players with the most Premier League goals at a single stadium. These players made these stadiums their very own fortresses, finding the back of the net over and over again on the same turf. At Transfermarkt we have calculated the top 30 players when it comes to Premier League goals scored at one specific stadium, with some very interesting results. One player even features twice in the top 10, whilst another superstar climbs the rankings after scoring another goal at his home ground this Sunday.

Leading the way is Arsenal legend Thierry Henry, who managed an impressive 114 goals at his beloved Highbury stadium. Over half of the Frenchman’s Premier League goals came at the old ground in North London, and he even marked the last ever game at the iconic stadium with a hat-trick in a 4-2 win against Wigan, before kissing the turf to say goodbye. Had the Gunners not moved to Emirates in 2006, you could add a few more goals too, with Henry notching 14 at the Emirates before leaving for Barcelona. In second just behind Henry, is Manchester City hero Sergio Agüero, who amassed 106 goals at the Etihad stadium, including his infamous title clinching goal in 2012 against QPR. The Argentine scored over half of his own 184 Premier League goals at the home of the Sky Blues.

In joint-third is Wayne Rooney at the ‘Theatre of dreams’. During his 13 years at Manchester United, the Englishmen scored 101 goals at Old Trafford, including a memorable overhead kick against rivals City. Following his goal in Liverpool’s 2-1 win against Wolves this Sunday, Egyptian King Mohamed Salah now joins Rooney in third spot, having managed 101 goals at Anfield since signing for the Reds back in 2017. Expect the world class winger to keep climbing that list before the end of the campaign. In fifth place is the Premier League’s all-time top goalscorer Alan Shearer, who scored 85 goals at the ground he used to go to as a supporter in his childhood years – Newcastle’s St James’ Park. Level with Shearer is former Liverpool striker Robbie Fowler, scoring 85 goals at Anfield.

Up next it’s Shearer again in seventh. This time at Blackburn’s Ewood Park where the prolific ‘bagsman’ scored 83 times. He’s the only player to have scored 50 or more Premier League goals at more than one stadium. In eighth place is the first midfielder on the list in Frank Lampard, who scored 79 Premier League goals at Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge. He is followed by Leicester legend Jamie Vardy, with 74 goals at the King Power stadium, and completing the top 10 is former Man United winger  Cristiano Ronaldo who scored 71 goals at Old Trafford.
