Delivery and Shipping

We aim to deliver every order quickly and securely, ensuring your football kits reach you in perfect condition.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods (such as new season launches or sales), processing times may be slightly extended. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you by email.

UK & EU Deliveries

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch.

  • Orders may be left in a safe location if you’re unavailable at delivery.

  • Please allow up to 15 working days during peak periods before contacting support.

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

  • Available for select regions and products.

  • Personalized or custom-printed kits may require additional time before dispatch.

International Deliveries

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

International Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days from dispatch.

  • May be handled by your local postal service.

  • Tracking may not be available for some regions.

  • For certain remote areas, please allow up to 25 business days.

International Express Delivery

  • Fully tracked delivery service.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch.

  • Tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Costs vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking links become active within 5–7 business days of dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
TheNewKits is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Partial Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages due to:

  • Large or mixed orders.

  • Items from different warehouses.

  • Pre-orders or backordered products.

Each shipment will have its own tracking email. You’ll only be charged one shipping fee per order.

Pre-Orders & Personalized Items

  • Pre-Order Kits ship according to the estimated release date on the product page.

  • Customized Jerseys (with name/number printing) may take up to 3 additional business days before shipping.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates.
