Real Madrid have won the Champions League eight times while arch rivals Barcelona have four titles to their name. Dani Carvajal’s five Champions League titles is a record for a Spaniard, while Sergio Ramos, Andrés Iniesta, Xavi and Gerard Piqué and Isco have won four titles.

Germany has produced 67 Champions League winners with Bayern Munich winning it three times and Dortmund once. Italy and England are tied in fourth place with 60 Champions League winners but Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham will be aiming to add to that number this season for England. Brazil is the only non-European nation in the top five with 51 players, while fellow South American nation Argentina are in ninth place with 18 winners, including Lionel Messi.
