Every item is inspected carefully before shipping. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items, including:
Wrong size or design shipped.
Print or logo errors.
Items significantly different from product images or descriptions.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, in the same condition as received.
All tags and original packaging must be intact.
A valid order receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice:
Defective prints or materials.
Incorrect item or size.
Visible damage from shipping.
Our support team will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get the correct product is to:
Request a return for the incorrect or defective item.
Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
If your return is rejected (for example, if the product shows signs of wear or damage not related to manufacturing), we will notify you with the reason.
Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or sale items.
